I am often asked how I stay strong without always lifting weights. To them I say, try Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galvasana). In this challenging yoga pose, you support the weight of your body with the strength of your triceps. Got to get those guns, right?!
And you can do sit-ups until you're blue in face, but having the core strength to fire up your leg back in the full execution of this pose takes it to another level!
