On Tuesday's Oprah show, "The Vegan Challenge", Oprah and 378 of her staffers went on a plant-based diet for one week. Kathy Freston and Michael Pollan were guests and Pollan specifically talked about the importance of knowing where you food (and meat comes from).
This leads us to Lisa Ling's tour of a Cargill slaughterhouse. (Yes, we're amazed that Cargill even let her in.) It's pretty graphic.
