This Is How Beyonce Works Out
To celebrate the fifth anniversary of Michelle Obama's #LetsMove campaign, Beyonce posted a video to Instagram Wednesday night showing off some of her workout moves. She does some standing side crunches, elbow-to-knee sit ups, weighted jabs, side-to-side bench jumps and lunges.
If these are the moves she does to prep for the her famous, insane-in-a-good-way dancing during performances, it's nice to know she's not relying on anything fancy or complicated ... just simple, effective (mostly) body-weight moves you can do too! She might have "woke up like this," but Bey is just like the rest of us when it comes to fitness.
