No Time? A 2-Minute Workout You Can Do While You're Sitting
Many of us struggle to fit exercise into our daily routines. In my fifteen years as personal trainer, "I don't have time" is the number one thing I hear from people regarding what gets in the way of their health and fitness goals. We're so busy working, taking care of our homes, keeping up with friends, family and social media that some days, exercise ends up at the bottom of our priority.
Luckily, there are easy fixes. If you get creative, you can workout anywhere, at any time ... like when you're driving and you're waiting at a stoplight or stuck in traffic. Improve your posture, strengthen your core, tone your tummy and arms, all without leaving your seat!
Do as many repetitions of each exercise as you can fit in when your car is stopped and it's safe to do the moves.
