As an intuitive yoga teacher and healer, I dedicated the solstice this year to letting go of the past, for healing and spiritual growth. Nature teaches us that life is in a constant state of change, as witnessed with different seasons and new rhythms.

1. Complete unfinished projects.
Do you have any unfinished projects hanging over your head? Use this precious time to complete them. I just completed a big administration task that has taken me several months to finish. The feeling I have right now is one of such relief and even joy. In fact, I can't help but wonder now, If I can do this, what else is possible?!
