How To Make Jam Without Using Sugar
Bottled products are not quite fresh as they are marketed to be and often do not contain high-nutrient or high-quality ingredients.
Jams are meant to be fresh, flavorful and fruity, best served with a few slices of fruit or toast. Keeping it natural and simple, they can be made with real fruit, plant-based sweetener and high mineral sea salt.
Makes 6-8 ounces
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoon coconut nectar
- 1 teaspoon himalayan sea salt
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. You could also use a spoon to just mix them up, if you prefer it a little chunky.
