Well, if you're an expectant mother then prenatal yoga is probably for you. (Sorry, guys). And if you've given birth, prenatal yoga is a great way to get back into shape.
Prenatal yoga keeps the core strong, helps posture, and can help aid those pregnancy aches and pains. Some even think that prenatal yoga is the best exercise for expectant moms as it also helps develop good breathing habits, which is the focus of Lamaze.
You should expect lots of breath work, a slower-paced workout, and you should also plan to meet lots of other like-minded moms-to-be!
