Do Your Body Good With This Green Juice!

This juice is a bestseller at my cafe. It's also the workhorse of our cleanse program — full of healthy, green vegetables and packed with vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyll to re-generate cells and cleanse the body.

I recommend this juice to anyone who wants a healthy start to the day because it's an easy (and delicious!) way to flood your system with healthy nutrients that help your digestive system. After drinking this, many people tell us they feel more rested, less bloated, and more mentally focused. not only that, but they report increased energy levels, brighter eyes, and a clearer complexion — in other words, you can’t go wrong!

The Body Good

Serves 1 (Yields 16 ounces)


  • 2 leaves of kale (Wash and use entire leaf)
  • 2 leaves of collard greens (Wash and use entire leaf)
  • 2 leaves of swiss chard (Wash and use entire leaf)
  • 2 stalks of celery (Wash and use entire stalk)
  • 2 granny smith or golden delicious apples (Cut into pieces core and all)
  • 1" piece of fresh ginger root (Around 1/10th of a medium-sized root, washed)
  • 1 lemon (cut away the peel)


Put all this through the juice extractor, mix it all together, and pour into a cup … As Bob Marley would say, "Stir it up!"

I recommend (and only juice with) all organic produce — give your body a break from all the toxins!
