Kelly Osbourne's Secret to Maintaining Weight-Loss

Kelly Osbourne dropped 48 pounds earlier this year after she competed on Dancing with the Stars. Months later she's still kept the weight off. Many gain back weight after initially losing it, so what's Kelly's secret to maintaining her uber-successful weight-loss?

She tells Us Weekly, "I just commit to half an hour a day. It doesn’t seem overwhelming and I can handle that. I do half an hour on the treadmill and when I feel like doing more, I'll do a few sit-ups and some weights."

Just goes to show that you a little commitment can go a long way -- and you don't have to kill yourself working out to get results.

Kelly just shot the cover of Shape magazine and is still getting used to her body, saying "I have never worn a bikini in my life before yesterday. I never even thought of wearing one!"
