Creamy Cashew Dill Dressing
- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour (65g)
- 1 dried date, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (30ml)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (3g)
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3/4 cup water (175ml)
Drain the water from the cashews and place them in your blender, along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
