It's HOT. So I'm infusing all of my juices, smoothies, and foods with ALOE to get some deep hydration, along with the added benefits of intestinal healing. This aloe and chia chocolate pudding is a perfect hydrating, nourishing, and immune boosting treat for these summer days.
Chocolate Chia Pudding With Healing Aloe
- 2 cups aloe vera liquid
- 5 Tbsp. organic chia
- 2 tsp. chaga mushroom powder
- 2-4 Tbsp. raw cacao, depending on how chocolatey you want it
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- Stevia powder or drops to taste
Stir up all ingredients in a glass container with lid.
Let sit overnight.
