Ever wanted to make juice at home, but not sure you’re ready to invest in a juicer? No worries! This recipe is for you. All you need is a blender, a strainer, some cheesecloth and a love of fresh, nutritious juice.
If you’d like to try this with other ingredients, keep in mind that some (like aloe and strawberry, for example) thicken naturally. So go easy on these!
Remember: the longer you blend, the finer your juice. So if you’re working with greens, blend longer for smoother consistency.
Don’t be afraid to re-strain if your juice is too thick the first time.
Add a couple of ice cubes into the blender to make sure your juice stays cold.

Serves 1 - 2 cups
