Perfect Superfood Breakfast: Vegan Blueberry Bowl

Meet this blueberry superfood bowl! Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and this bowl is easy to whip up with ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

This Blueberry Superfood Bowl is also light and refreshing, perfect for the warm summer weather!

Blueberry Superfood Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 water or almond milk

Topping suggestions

  • sliced banana
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 handful goji berries
  • 1 handful oats
  • 1 handful hemp hearts
  • 1-2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • anything else you like!

Directions

1. Blend frozen blueberries with almond milk in a blender until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a bowl, and sprinkle with fruits and other toppings of your choice.

2. Enjoy immediately!
