An Avocado Smoothie Anyone Can Make

I only make super easy recipes. I love creating new stuff, but I hate spending hours in the kitchen trying to make super complicated and fancy meals. This one is definitely ultra simple. You only need three ingredients for the perfect green smoothie. This smoothie will give your body a good dose of protein, heaps of fiber and many other nutrients.

Everything you need to keep you healthy and vibrant!

An Avocado Smoothie Anyone Can Make

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250ml) almond milk (or your favorite type of milk)
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. hemp powder
  • 1/2 ripe avocado

Toppings

  • handful fresh blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • pumpkin seeds

Directions

Blend everything (except toppings, of course) in your high speed blender. Garish with your toppings.
