Quick Breakfast Fix: On-The-Go Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
This is the perfect healthy breakfast on the go. It's packed with everything you need to get your morning started: hearty oats, antioxidant rich blueberries and super seeds like flax and chia. This is definitely the perfect start to your morning.
Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Combine all the ingredients in a blender starting with almond milk and ending with cinnamon. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. Top with chia seeds and enjoy!
