Avocado-Kale Smoothie To Make Your Morning Amazing

May you treat your body like the temple that it is. May you always honor it, respect, it, move it, feed it well and talk to it sweetly.

Even when you’re rushed, in a hurry, scattered, frantic, stressed and overwhelmed, there is always 3 minutes to pop things in a blender and blend.

Drink, nourish, pause, thank your body and carry on with your bad self.

Sweet Avocado-Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. water or fresh almond milk
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 3-4 kale leaves (any variety of kale will work)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (10g)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend, baby blend.
