Spring Dandelion Detox Juice

Physically, emotionally and energetically, spring is a time to lighten up! To align with the springtime energy, adding in more cleansing raw foods and stimulating spices will help to release the dullness of winter from our bodies and minds. Spring bounty provides naturally cleansing bitter and astringent greens, like nettle, watercress, arugula, dandelion and mustard greens, to purify and detoxify our tissues.

Take advantage of all this season has to offer for our bodies with light, hydrating juices. This alkalizing green juice recipe uses dandelion greens and citrus to support liver and kidney detoxification. Hydrating romaine and cucumber work to flush out stagnant toxins from the body, while the apple works to boost elimination.

Sip this juice on a fresh spring afternoon to assist the body with gentle cleansing alongside a healthy, clean meal.
