I have been on a matcha kick lately. Matcha in my morning smoothie, matcha for my post-workout drink, and matcha for afternoon tea. This whole leaf, nutrient-rich, powdered form of green tea has higher amounts of EGCG, loads of antioxidants, detoxifies the body, lowers cholesterol, and keeps you energized and focused without the "coffee buzz."
