A Vegan Chocolate Shake That Will Make Anyone's Day

What better way to start your morning than with a chocolate milkshake?!

Real talk: this smoothie tastes like chocolate ice cream. But unlike most ice cream varieties, this kind is filled with superfoods, protein, and is refined sugar free. So what are you waiting for? Give your body and taste buds some love with this nourishing chocolate treat!


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice (I used rice milk for this one)
  • 1/2 scoop plant-based protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 small handful of goji berries


Blend all ingredients in high speed blender besides hemp seeds and goji berries, then place them on the top.

Then enjoy with a spoon like ice cream, for breakfast, because you deserve it.
