We love this lighter alternative to turkey’s favorite sidekick. It's beautiful, delicious, and gets those cranberry vitamins into the system. Best of all, it's extremely easy and quick to make. This works beautifully at Thanksgiving (or any holiday this season!), but is equally delicious on yogurt or toast.
- 1 bag cranberries (thawed, if purchased frozen)
- 1 navel orange, diced
- ½ cup of sugar (purists can opt for stevia or honey)
Throw ingredients into food processor (yes, orange peel and all). Blend lightly, should be colorful and chunky.
