While I was pregnant nothing felt better than getting some exercise and moving my body. For the majority of my pregnancy I was able to keep up with my normal workout routine with a few modifications. However, as my belly got bigger and bigger my usual yoga practice became difficult. I could not longer twist, invert, or lay on my back which made yoga classes quite challenging. So, I reached out to my friend Latham Thomas, who came over to show me an easy pre-natal yoga sequence I could do everyday at home! This sequence helped prepare my body for labor and delivery and gave me some nice relaxing time to spend each day with my growing baby!
