Her Diet: Angelina ate five small meals a day that were 70% carbs and 30% protein. No junk food and alcohol only on the weekends.
Her Workout: Two-hour training sessions, five times a week. She avoided cardio to help "put muscle on without losing weight."
Diet & Workout During Filming: While Angelina was filming she took it down a notch and worked out four times a week during lunch breaks. Her diet went to 60% carbs and 40% protein.
