No matter how low my kitchen is on groceries, I always keep the four ingredients in this snack on hand. Sweet, salty and full of protein, antioxidants, and healthy fat, this snack will calm your cravings and provide you with with an afternoon energy-boost that won't cause a sugar crash later on.
Quick and Easy Banana Treat
Makes 1 serving
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs nut butter
- 1 tbs coconut butter
- 1 tbs raw cacao nibs
Peel banana and cut in half. Slice each half lengthwise into 4 strips.
Spread almond butter on slices.
Stir coconut butter until liquified then drizzle atop slices.
Sprinkle with cacao nibs and enjoy!
