Step Away From The Coffee & Start Your Day With This Green Juice

Picture this: your alarm clock goes off, you jump out of bed with vim and vigor, you put on your yoga pants, and rush out the door. You start your day with energy and excitement.

If that doesn't sound like your typical morning, step away from the coffee and instead, bust out your juicer and make my favorite Wake Me Up Green Juice.

The jalapeño and ginger in this energizing green concoction will give just the boost you need to get your day started with a smile (instead of a yawn).

Wake Me Up Green Juice

Serves: 1 wellness warrior

Ingredients

  • 3 small organic pears
  • 2 small organic green apples
  • 1/2 jalapeño
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 organic limes
  • 1 large head organic bok choy

Preparation

Wash all of the ingredients.

Chop pears, apples, limes and bok choy and push all ingredients through your juicer.
