Jessica Biel's Six-Day Diet

Jessica Biel graces the August issue of Glamour UK, where she talks about her workout, the foods she avoids when she's working, and her six-day diet.

Jessica works out regularly with a trainer two to three days a week and makes sure to do something, whether it's yoga or hiking, every day.

When Jessica is working she has no bread, dairy, sugar, salt and very little meat.

On her six-day diet and cheat day: "I’m not a perfect person who doesn’t mess up, eat bad, not work out–I do all those things... When I’m working and I eat healthily all week, I then give myself one day–usually Sunday–when I just eat what I want. You have to, otherwise your mind goes a little nutso."
