Heather Graham's Workout Secret: Yoga & Pilates

Actress Heather Graham was photographed on the beach in Italy this weekend, and at age 40 she's looking better than ever. So what's Heather's secret? Yoga, Pilates, and meditation!

Heather's dedication to yoga is no secret, as she told Shape magazine a few years ago: "I've been practicing yoga five days a week for 11 years. About two years ago I realized my stomach was kind of mushy, so I started doing Pilates twice a week to strengthen my abs. Now it feels and looks much more toned." Heather also practices Transcendental meditation to help de-stress.

So Heather's been practicing yoga for 14 years, and Pilates for 5 years. Namaste to that!
