Heather Graham's Workout Secret: Yoga & Pilates
Heather's dedication to yoga is no secret, as she told Shape magazine a few years ago: "I've been practicing yoga five days a week for 11 years. About two years ago I realized my stomach was kind of mushy, so I started doing Pilates twice a week to strengthen my abs. Now it feels and looks much more toned." Heather also practices Transcendental meditation to help de-stress.
So Heather's been practicing yoga for 14 years, and Pilates for 5 years. Namaste to that!
