deliciously creamy ice cream is just as good as the real
thing, but with no added sugar. Make sure to use natural peanut butter that contains only peanuts and salt.
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Peel and slice bananas into ½-inch thick slices, arrange on a plate and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Blend bananas in the food processor until smooth and creamy. Add cocoa powder, cream or coconut milk, vanilla, and peanut butter and blend thoroughly. Store in the freezer.
