Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe (With No Added Sugar!)
This deliciously creamy ice cream is just as good as the real thing, but with no added sugar. Make sure to use natural peanut butter that contains only peanuts and salt.
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Peel and slice bananas into ½-inch thick slices, arrange on a plate and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Blend bananas in the food processor until smooth and creamy. Add cocoa powder, cream or coconut milk, vanilla, and peanut butter and blend thoroughly. Store in the freezer.
