Energizing Mango Bubble Drink Recipe
Summer is such a glorious time of year! As a sun worshiper and fruit junkie, summer is heaven on earth to me. I love visiting my local health food store seeing the abundance of ripe, juicy, crisp, cool fruit available – all at a great price to boot!
I'm currently obsessed with mangos. I can’t seem to get enough. Super high in vitamin C, mangos are a great antioxidant and immune booster. They're also high in vitamin A, also an antioxidant and good for our vision. Sweet and succulent, mangos are nature’s candy.
Enjoy this energizing twist on the popular sugary, dairy-filled bubble teas. It’s delicious, refreshing and packed full of nutritious benefits! All goodness. Zero guilt.

Mango Bubble Drink
Makes 1 quart
- 2 cups filtered water
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup almond milk, or your nut milk of choice
- 5 to 7 drops stevia
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
In a medium bowl, whisk together filtered water and chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature, and whisk again. Let sit for 10 more minutes, and whisk again. Mixture will turn into chia gel.
Meanwhile, in a high-speed blender, blend mango, banana, almond milk, and stevia until smooth. In the bottom of a large glass, place 1/2 cup chia gel and blueberries. Pour mango and almond nut mixture on top.
Enjoy with a wide-mouth straw. Refrigerate any leftover chia gel in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks. Use in any green smoothie for an added boost of energy and good omegas.
