- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of chopped papaya
- 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Optional extras: maca powder, vitamin C powder, slippery elm powder
This is the tastiest combo and a perfect smoothie for breakfast! It always keeps me full until lunch time.
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined.
Then top with activated almonds, bee pollen, cinnamon, coconut and vanilla or drink as is. Enjoy!
*Note this smoothie is quite thick, so if you'd like a thinner consistency add in some more almond milk or a little bit of water.
