Her feeling is, "we are all on this planet together so why not have fun, enjoy good health and create something amazingly beautiful for ourselves and for others the process?" She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) rooted in the Ashtanga and Tantric (Raja) yoga systems. She believes yoga is an important part of achieving optimal health and healing the patterns of stress and tension held in the body.
