Robin is a graduate of Columbia’s med school and is currently a primary care resident at Mt Sinai. She believes prevention is the answer and wants to help her patients find motivation and enthusiasm for treating their own bodies well. She has taught yoga and meditation for 5 years, calls Kula Yoga in NYC home, and practices a mix of Zen, Vipassana, and Clairvoyant meditation styles when it comes time to clear the head. She has lived in NYC for 8 years but loves to jump ship, whether to India or Japan or most recently Africa. She hopes her posts make it easier in some small way to be healthy.
