MindBodyGreen ContributorWhen Marina discovered Yoga in 2003, she knew she was home. She has tried different Yoga styles and finally met Anusara Yoga in 2010. It was love at first practice. In 2011, she began her YTT and has been studying Anusara Yoga's philosophy and practice. Anusara Yoga has been helping her discover her potential and how she can express it in this life. She spends most of her time daydreaming, but she also works as a translator, writes and reads a lot and sometimes does all of that with some nice music playing. Yoga has been helping her live a more conscious and blissful life.
