Lisa Munger, is a writer, yoga and Pilates instructor and ayurvedic practitioner. Gentle in being, she embodies the yogic principle of authentically caring for individuals in guiding them toward their inner teacher. A Midwestern girl at heart, Lisa offers a grounded perspective on yoga, ayurveda, mindfulness, food, travel and living a juicy life on her blog, From the Ground Up.

She is trained in several styles of yoga, including ayurvedic, vinyasa flow, pre-natal, core yoga, power yoga, Yin, restorative, among others. Lisa also has a master's degree in journalism and works as an international journalist, sneaking in as much yoga as she can.
