Kristin began this journey of self discovery through yoga 6 years ago. Yoga began to allow her to realize her ability to unlock and unlearn all the patterns of action and thought that simply weren't working for her.
In the beginning of her yoga journey, she started practicing traditional ancient Hatha yoga. From there she branched out to other ancient yoga practices such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Tantra. Later she further explored the consciousness through psychotherapy and Access Consciousness, Shamanic practices from around the world, as well as sound healing. She honors all of these ancient systems by finding truth of each teaching and translating it in her own voice, which tends to be with a sense of humor. Kristin currently focuses on working with people on a one-on-one basis, as well as with the donation based yoga community she started in Bushwick off the JMZ.
