Alyssa Ritch is a yoga instructor/writer in New York City. She originally hails from Washington DC, but grew up in Vienna, Austria and moved to NYC after she graduated from Skidmore College. She spent many years working hard as an actress and playwright in the city, but later made the healthy life decision to change her path and become a yoga instructor.
