Mon 3/15 - Q & A with Yogi Elena Brower Part I: On Anusara Yoga, Nutrition, and Inspiration
Tue 3/16 - Q & A with Top Chef Spike Mendelsohn: Local and Fresh 'Good Stuff'
About me: I'm Jason Wachob, one of the founders of MindBodyGreen. I'm a self-help-book-reading (you name it, I've read it), Chakra-believing (a year ago with 2 extruded discs in my back I could barely walk -- today I'm fine), former Wall Street trader and ex-Columbia basketball player, who believes that living better, healthier, and greener can be fulfilling, fun, and non-restrictive (I eat lots of fruits & veggies but still love red meat -- grass-fed organic, please). I live with my wife in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn, NY.
