I found this Dublin, Ireland based company that's found a way to get people around, free of charge, and free of the noise and emissions of typical cabs, all the while giving companies a unique way to get the word out. Bingo!

Seriously, make these things happen in the US. I'm sure plenty of companies would love to sponsor a fleet in their home city. Old Style branded ones in Chicago would be awesome.
