Healthy & Green Food Guide to San Francisco

Who says you can't be a foodie and eat organic, local, or sustainable at the same time? Whether you're a vegan or a carnivore, frequent sandwich counters or decadent upscale restaurants, indulge your sweet tooth or prefer agave nectar, there's something for everyone in our 2010 San Francisco Food Guide.

What about other cities? We also have a healthy and green food guide to  New York City and Berlin. Stay tuned for Los Angeles.

Evan Bloom was our man-on-the-ground for the San Francisco food guide. In fact, Evan wrote most of it. Evan lives in San Francisco and is working to plan the 2nd annual SF Street Food Festival with non-profit La Cocina, an incubator kitchen for low income and immigrant food start-ups. He has his sights set on opening San Francisco's only authentic Jewish Deli, currently smoking pastrami out of his backyard. You can find Evan blogging at sfdelicatessen.blogspot.com
