Tara Stiles the founder of Strala Yoga in New York City and author of Slim, Calm, Sexy Yoga. She is reinventing what it means to practice yoga and proving that you don't need to wear spandex or call yourself a yoga person in order to make it part of your life. Tara is the face and resident yoga expert for Women's Health Magazine and Yoga Master for Nissan's Master the Shift Program.
