Russell Brand: Yoga & Meditation Helped Me Deal with Divorce

Russell Brand and Katy Perry split up earlier this year and their divorce is set to finalize. But Russell says he's "happier than ever," thanks to yoga and meditation.

Russell says
"I’m dedicating myself to all sorts of interesting things you know...Transcendental meditation, kundalini yoga, these things are right good for the old spirit. It’s mantra meditation. Anyone can learn to do it and anyone should...You can just use it to have a relax instead of having a fag or a drink, or you can use it to connect with a different form of consciousness. It’s like a shower for your brain. God knows I needed one, the muck that goes on in there.”
PS - Russell also met the Dalai Lama last week, who called him a"strange" and "wonderful" man :)
