Could you use a cocktail right about now?

I sure could.

Here are three easy tips to green your next cocktail:

1. Use organic or local booze if you can. Organic vodka might be the way to go since it's becoming more readily available. If not, then try for a local distillery.

2. Mix with local and seasonal organic fruits and juices. If it's winter, think local apple cider. Get the idea?

3. Ditch the store-bought cocktail mixes and make the cocktail yourself! There's nothing quite like some organic vodka, fresh local fruits, and a blender in the comfort of your own home!
