The Most Inspirational Bathroom Ever
Colleen and I had an incredible dinner last night at NeMesis Urban Bistro in Miami. In addition to yummy organic food, they also have the most inspirational bathroom ever (who knew that a bathroom could be so inspirational?!)

We had a chance to talk with the lovely owner/chef, Micah Edelstein, who you might remember from Top Chef, and she said she was deeply influenced by Nelson Mandela (she spent part of her childhood in South Africa).

Pretty awesome, right?
