Yoga in Bed?
Practice yoga in the comfort of your own bed
Do you want to begin practicing yoga but have a body that's "uncooperative"?  Yes, you can practice yoga in the comfort of your own home -- in the comfort of your own bed!

The New York Times has a great series this week, Answers From a Yoga Instructor, where Bryn Chrisman, a vinyasa flow yoga teacher, answers readers' questions like the above.  Here's what Bryn had to say when asked about practicing yoga if one's body is uncooperative:

My friend and fellow yoga teacher Edward Vilga created a DVD called “Yoga in Bed.” It contains two 15-minute routines that you can do in your bed right when you wake up and right before you go to sleep. People love it, and he gets bulk orders from chiropractors who offer it to their patients!
