3 Healthy Foods to Feed Your Libido

Spice up the bedroom and be healthy at the same time
Looking for foods that are healthy and will also add a little spice in the bedroom? The CBS Early Show picked out some foods that'll do both. Here are three of our favorites:1. Avocados - Avocados are a great source of monounsaturated fats, which keep your heart healthy. A healthy heart keeps the blood flowing and can help fight heart disease -- and men with heart disease are twice as likely to have problems 'south of the border' if you know what I mean :)
2. Almonds - Almonds are filled with Vitamin E which is necessary to make estrogen and testosterone. They are also important for female sexual health and reproduction, and can increase passion and aid in fertility.
3. Strawberries - Though strawberries are high in folic acid which can aid in reproduction, the color red might be the fruit's biggest benefit. A 2008 study found that men find women sexier when they wear red. And if you dip in dark chocolate, the cocoa from the dark chocolate helps improve blood flow, which is another added bonus.

I don't need to feed my libido but, if I did, it would be easy for me because I love all three of these foods. Yum, avocados. Yum, almonds (well, almond butter to be exact). Yum, strawberries. Does anyone else always think of that scene in 9 weeks when strawberries and libido are linked? Mickey Rourke; Kim Basinger; wow.
