Did you know that 98 percent of students who take yoga in school say that after yoga they're more ready to learn?
In this awesome three-minute video, CBS reports on a California middle school which has made yoga part of it's curriculum. They also talk to Katherine Priore, the founder of Headstand, a non-profit which aims to bring kids yoga into schools across America.
So how is the yoga program doing at the California middle school?
Suspensions are down 60 percent and grades are up. And the kids say that yoga makes them "feel happy and calm."
Namaste to that!
