Letter of Gratitude
I had a great holiday and come the end of the weekend after all the celebrations wind down it's nice to reflect on all the great things in my life. There are so many things to be grateful for and I have so many people in my life that are crucial to my existence as I know it. To each and every person I know whether it be friends, family, students, patients or Facebook friends - I say thank you for being there.

This year one thing that comes back to me over and over again is the potential that lies in each of us and as I prepare for another week to begin here's what I'm taking away from it all:

Each day is a new day and with it I'm grateful for all of the possibilities it brings.

As living breathing beings we are all constantly changing and a huge asset of this practice is that it teaches us to focus that change in way that feeds us. One of my favorite things about yoga is the potential it has to push us forward in whatever direction we choose, to make a change in our lives by setting our intention and never deviating. For me my practice reminds me of my ability to direct that change in my life.

So today I am grateful for all of the possibilities, for the potential just waiting to be unleashed in each of us and for the opportunities that lie ahead.

Go partake of your life and appreciate all that you have by taking full advantage of the opportunities in front of you.

Thank you for being a part of my family!

Xoxo  ;)
