3 Tips to Control Your Dreams

Ever wake up in the morning just at the moment in your dream when your fantasy partner was about to disrobe?
Wouldn't it be nice if you were able to sleep just a few more minutes to complete that scenario?
If you're able to master lucid dreaming, you can manipulate your dreams any which way you choose to -- whether it's playing an instrument you could never play, or getting intimate with that beautiful stranger you passed on the street - your dream world is in your control.Mastering lucid dreaming is not an easy task, but here are three tips that can get you started:1. Keep a journal and write down your dreams as soon as you wake. This helps train your brain to be more aware of your dream state.
2. Wake up for 30-60 minutes earlier during the night -- then go back to sleep for another 30-60 minutes. During this second stage of sleep you are more apt to influence your dreams.
3. Believe you can do it! Go to bed each night believing you're going to experience a lucid dream.
