Bill Clinton Talks Plant-Based Diet with David Letterman

Bill Clinton was recently on David Letterman's show, where he credited a plant-based diet for his new-found health and lease on life.

When Dave asked Bill how he looks so good, Bill replied:

"I gave up meat and dairy, and virtually gave up fish. I went as close to a vegan diet as I could get."
Clinton went on to praise Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn who starred in the eye-opening documentary film, Forks Over Knives -- and who also happens to be the father of our friend, Engine 2 Diet author,  Rip Esselstyn.
