31 Days of Wellness - Eat More PlantsOn day 26, we take a page from author, Michael Pollan, as he famously wrote in the beginning of his book, In Defense of Food, “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”

So today, eat more plants.  Go for a nice big salad at lunch and dinner if you can.
