Seriously, just try this and I swear -- you will never again be bothered to reach for a milk shake or a Frappuccino!

The raw cacao gives you tons of energy and nutrition. Cacao is in fact the highest antioxidant food on the planet with lots of magnesium, chromium, iron, and manganese. And most importantly -- it's totally delicious! Chocolate improves cardiovascular health, builds strong bones, and is an aphrodisiac as well as a mood and energy enhancer. Wow! Now that's a super food.

Fresh mint has a real cooling effect on the body, promotes digestion and it soothes the stomach. The strong aroma of mint is very effective in opening up congestion of the nose, throat, bronchi and lungs and can give great relief from colds, asthma etc.

Fresh homemade almond milk is far superior compared to the kind you buy in a store. In fact, almonds contain the most nutrients in comparison to all other nuts with high levels of vitamin E, calcium, phosphorous, iron and magnesium. It also contains zinc, selenium, copper and niacin. Almond milk has even been proven to promote weight loss. The mono-saturated fat in almonds satisfies appetite and prevents over-eating.

1 tbsp. raw cacao nibs

1 ½ cup almond milk
